Noka is a new-generation recruitment agency built on three values: clarity, quality, and trust.
From a blank page, we were tasked with crafting its full identity from strategy to digital experience.
The mission: stand out in a saturated industry through a brand that feels modern, confident, and unmistakably human.

Recruitment is built on trust, the meeting point between people and purpose.
We distilled this idea into a universal symbol: the double-check, representing validation and alignment.

By merging it with the letter N, we created a visual signature that’s both minimal and meaningful.



The design language extends this principle bright contrasts, fluid hierarchy, and soft AI imagery creating an atmosphere of calm confidence.
